Property Practitioners Act and Regulations
The Regulations to the Property Practitioners Act will be published this year to enable the operation of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) which replaces the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).

The EAAB are unfortunately experiencing problems with their IT system resulting in agents being unable to renew 2021 FFCs online. We are waiting for a response from the EAAB in this regard.
It is recommended that renewals be done asap.
